Queen Mental Health Billing Solutions, LLC is a Black-owned, woman-led boutique billing and consulting firm that specializes exclusively in mental health practices, including solo clinicians, group practices, and nonprofit outpatient providers.

We provide ethical, compliance-focused billing support, credentialing, audits, consulting, and education.

 You will work directly with the owner, a mental health billing and compliance professional. Services may be supported by trained interns under direct supervision, allowing us to provide high-quality services while supporting workforce development. 

 Yes. While we specialize in Pennsylvania Medicaid, Commercial, and managed care, we also support out-of-state providers for credentialing, consulting, audits, and education services. 

 We offer:

• Monthly billing services (limited availability)
• Flat-rate group practice billing
• Percentage-based billing (8%–10%)
• Accounts Receivable (AR) clean-up projects
• Billing and documentation audits
• Revenue cycle consulting
• One on One and Staff Training

The $600 flat-rate package is designed for small group practices (2–4 providers) with moderate claim volume and predictable workflows.

The 8%–10% percentage model is designed for higher-volume or established practices that require full denial management, AR follow-up, and advanced reporting.

Flat-rate services are volume capped, while percentage billing scales with your revenue. 

The flat-rate billing package includes:

• Up to 120 claims per month
• Up to 4 rendering providers
• Up to 4 payers
   

If limits are exceeded for two consecutive months, services may be adjusted or upgraded.

 An AR clean-up focuses on outstanding, unpaid, or aging claims, including:

• Claim review and follow-up
• Denials and appeals
• Payment reconciliation
• Actionable recommendations

AR clean-up is a separate, short-term project and not included in monthly billing.

 AR clean-up projects start at $500 and are priced based on claim volume and complexity. 

 We offer:

• Documentation audits
• Billing & coding accuracy reviews 
• Internal compliance audits
• Audit-readiness assessments
   

Audits are educational and improvement-focused — not punitive.

No. Many practices schedule audits proactively to identify risks, improve documentation, and prepare for payer or licensing reviews. 

Yes. We offer 1:1 training for clinicians and practice owners covering billing basics, insurance workflows, documentation, and compliance. 

Yes. We provide team trainings for group practices and nonprofits, including onboarding, billing workflows, and compliance education. 

 Yes. Consulting, audits, and training services are available independently of monthly billing. 

Yes. We provide credentialing support for:

This includes CAQH setup, payer applications, and recredentialing support.

Timelines vary by payer and state. Most credentialing processes take 60–120 days, depending on responsiveness and completeness.
